Managed IT in Omaha

Managed IT services and IT support in Omaha

Full IT support when you want us to handle it. Co-managed support when you want to keep your IT person.

Managed IT, plus AI employees. Add AI employees whenever you’re ready.

  • Serving Omaha since 2009
  • Owner holds a CCIE
  • Fully managed or co-managed

Fully managed or co-managed IT, your choice

Take it all over, or back up the IT person you have.

Fully managed IT

We are your IT department. Your team calls us for help, and we handle the computers, Microsoft 365, security, backup, and vendors behind the scenes.

Good fit if nobody in the building owns IT today, or the person who did it on the side is tired of it.

Co-managed IT

Your IT person keeps their job and their projects. We take the pieces they want off their plate, like help desk overflow, patching, and backup checks. Covering for them on vacation is available as an extra.

You decide the split, and we write it down so nobody wonders who owns what.

Day-to-day IT support

Your team calls one local number and gets a person who already knows your setup.

Support line for clients

(402) 514-3210

New to Cambium? Call our main line at (402) 514-3200.

  • Help desk by phone and email for every user
  • New hires set up and departures shut off, so nothing slips
  • Printers, Wi-Fi, and the “my computer is slow” calls
  • Vendor calls handled for you, from the internet provider to your line-of-business software
  • Everything documented, so answers are not stuck in one person’s head

What we look after

The layer your business runs on. When it is solid, nobody has to think about it.

  • Microsoft 365

Accounts, licenses, email security, Teams, and SharePoint, kept tidy. If yours has grown messy, we clean it up.

  • Endpoint protection and patching

Every PC and server patched on a schedule, with endpoint protection someone actually watches.

  • Backup

Backups we test by restoring, not just by checking that a job ran.

  • Security basics

Firewalls, MFA, and phishing training, explained well enough to answer your insurance questionnaire.

  • IT planning with the owner

A regular sit-down with you: what is aging, what is fragile, and what to plan for next.

What managed IT costs

Priced per user, per month, so the bill follows your headcount.

Fully managed IT

from $100 per user per month

We are your IT department, as described on this page.

Co-managed IT

from $50 per user per month

Half the fully managed price. Includes our full tool stack and 0.25 support hours per user each month (2.5 hours for a 10-user team).

Example: at $50 per user, 25 people is $1,250 a month with 6.25 support hours included.

Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at $150 an hour. Unused hours don’t roll over.

Smaller teams welcome. Billing starts at a 10-user minimum ($1,000 a month managed, $500 a month co-managed).

What changes the price

  • After-hours and weekend support
  • On-site visits
  • Additional support hours at $150 an hour
  • Priority response
  • Add-ons like AI employees

Not included

Microsoft 365 licensing is not included. Projects and hardware are quoted separately.

AI employees

Managed IT, plus AI employees

Add AI employees to your managed IT, or start with them on their own. Most offices begin with three: helpdesk triage, owner inbox, and office follow-up. You approve anything that goes out, gets paid, or gets deleted.

Because we also run the IT underneath them, your Microsoft 365, security, and backup are in shape first. How AI employees work

Switching IT providers, step by step

Changing IT companies sounds like a headache. Here is what it looks like with us.

  1. Network assessment

We look at your computers, network, backups, Microsoft 365, and security, and write down what we find. You keep it either way.

  2. A written plan

What we would fix, in what order, and who does what if you keep an IT person on staff.

  3. The handoff

We gather passwords, licenses, and documentation, and work with your current provider on the handover.

  4. Setup

Monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, and backup on every machine, checked and working.

  5. Go live

Your team gets the support number and a real person to call. We plan the switch so the business keeps running.

  6. First sit-down

We go over what is fixed, what is next, and whether AI employees make sense for your office.

Managed IT questions

Do we have to get rid of our IT person?

No. Co-managed IT works fine. Your IT person keeps their role and we take the parts they want help with. We write down who owns what.

What is the support number?

Clients call the support line at (402) 514-3210. For anything else, call (402) 514-3200.

Are AI employees part of managed IT?

No. They are an add-on. You can add AI employees to your managed IT, or start with AI employees alone and bring us in on the rest later.

We are a dental or medical office. Can you help?

Yes. We help put the technical safeguards HIPAA calls for in place and keep them maintained, alongside your compliance advisor. AI employees for healthcare offices start with non-patient office work.

How hard is it to switch providers?

Less than you think. We start with an assessment, give you a written plan, and handle the handoff with your current provider.

Where are you located?
